We inform you that according to the preventive recommendations of MINSAL and Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism for tourist accommodations due to COVID-19, we have determined the following service protocols for your safety and that of our collaborators:
- We have alcohol gel dispensers in all areas of the complex at your disposal. The use of facemask is now voluntary.
- The common areas of the hotel will be disinfected 4 times a day as established by the department of quality and risk prevention in internal protocol.
- The Buffet breakfast will be served in two blocks: from 7:00 to 9:00 AM and from 9:30 to 10:30 AM (weekends until 11 AM). The restaurant will be sanitized from 9:00 to 9:30 AM. Lunch a la carte from 1:00 to 4:00 PM and dinner a la carte from 7:00 to 10:00 PM Whereas the schedule of attention and Room Service will be from 7:00 AM to midnight provided by our Alborada Restaurant, on the third floor.
- Spa area will be operating from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Outdoor swimming pool, heated pool and sauna are currently available. Gym area is operating from Monday to Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The use of the sauna is prior reservation.
- Casino access operating from Sunday to Thursday between 11:00 AM to 04:00 AM Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 05:00 AM. Free entry for guests.
